Cancellation of any appointment must be received at least 48 hours in advance; otherwise, 100 % of the appointment fee is due. No refund for no call no show.

Late Appointment Policy

To ensure all our clients receive their fully allotted time, late arrivals of more than 10 mins will need to be rescheduled.
